We want you to love your Mustard Made locker as much as we do, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Check the condition
Ensure your locker is still in its original flat-pack box and has not been assembled or partially put together.
Contact our team
Email our customer support with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization.
Pack and ship
Securely package your item and ship it back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.
Receive your refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
